We have formed a Niche Recruitment Company called Special Recruitment Groups Pvt Ltd (www.specialrecruitmentgroups.com) which focuses on recruiting Personnel coming out of the Armed Forces.

This New Company SRGPL (Special Recruitment Groups Pvt Ltd) is supported by our existing Team whose expertise cuts across Sectors, Functions and Geographies – we have Offices in Mumbai and Pune but handle Clients Pan India from Chandigarh to Coimbatore.Our Team strength consists of 10 people in these 2 Offices – 6 in Pune and 4 in Mumbai.

We are serving a wide range of Clients in Sectors such as Automotive, General Engineering, FMCG, Healthcare, Financial Services et al. We have successfully executed over 800 assignments and delivered Leadership Positions for functions like Finance, IT, Operations, Sales & Marketing, R&D and Projects amongst others.

Special Recruitment Groups Pvt Ltd (SRGPL) is a bridge between the Army Personnel and the Corporates for which we have created a distinct Portal www.izzat.co.in which is owned by SRGPL.

Every year approximately 55000+ Soldiers/Jawans retire at the age of 35/38 yrs and around 1200 Officers retire annually between the ages of 45/55 yrs depending on the Rank.

SRGPL is being assisted by an India Advisory Council consisting of eminent retired Officers from the Indian Army including Maj Arun Phatak (Retd) who has successfully transitioned from the Army to being a leading Businessman and  Industrialist. We also have in the India Advisory Council

Lt Gen V K Chaturvedi (Retd), PVSM, AVSM, SM who was the Director General Manpower Planning and Personal Services- Army HQ, New Delhi till May 2011 and later Advisor Defense Banking – State Bank of India.

The Operational Team of SRGPL is spearheaded by Brig Ajit Apte (Retd) a veteran Officer who has served the Indian Army for 35 years and later worked successfully in the Corporate World with Companies like HP MphasiS as Associate Vice President of HR and later as Vice President and Country Head HR with Deepak Nitrite Limited.

For starters we have identified certain Functions to be focused on for the Recruitment of Army Personnel which include Engineering Functions like Design Development & Electro Mechanical Areas, Supply Chain Logistics, Telecom, Admin/Security/HR/IR and Transportation. These have matching areas in the Army including Personnel from the Corps of Signals for Telecom Functions, Army Supply Corps/Army Ordnance Corps for Supply Chain Logistics and Corps of EME (Electro Mechanical Engineers) for Engineering related Functions.
