A Veteran of 3 Wars – 1962, 1965 & 1971. Maj Phatak took early retirement from the Army and joined the Corporate World where he held Senior Leadership Positions. Currently Maj Phatak is an Industrialist and on the Boards of several Companies.

Gen Chaturvedi was the Director General Manpower Planning and Personal Services- Army HQ, New Delhi till May 2011 and later Advisor Defense Banking– State Bank of India.
